Marana Sucks- No Train Horns Allowed

Well as I have previously predicted two people have been killed at a crossing in Marana. If I was the relatives of the deceased I would sue the town for not allowing the train to sound its horn.

Marans Sucks 195 acres buldozed

Well 195 acres are being bulldozed to build small cheap houses in the most pristine Sonoran Desert at Twin Peaks, The Town paid for the water tank and well, and the sewers so these assholes can make millions raping the neighborhood and the desert.

Marana Sucks But Does Not Recognize It

In this article there are so many things that are crap, they do not feel like a small town and are trying their best to be, oh say Tempe, they do not solve things in a couple of days, such as the speeding on Camino De Manna now that they have built Twin Peaks right through the middle of the beautiful desert. I have contacted them many times and suggested ways to slow the speeding. People go 55 + in a 35 MPH zone all the time. NOTHING

They are granting zoning changes like candy to kids, for cluster homes of low value to build the population up so they can brag of the growth.

They brag of their App you can use to report a problem, I report speeding, they tell me to call the police..... I report litter they do nothing.

I made comments they did not like on their social media and got blocked. They say you can speak at the town meetings and you can for three minutes but they will not engage, they just sit there with stone faces.

Marana Sucks- So does Oro Valley

Once protected State land is being annexed all over the area to build High Density housing, ruining the desert and rural area. Oro Valley has become a mini Tempe, Marana is right behind.

Marana Sucks- Continued destruction by the town of Marana

Well I just got back after a year and a half away. The town hell bent on bulldozing the desert has added such things a a four lane road at Tangerine, an ugly water tank at Blue Bonnet and Twin Peaks, and a five story hotel at the Premium Outlets disturbing the vistas the boast of  online.

They have allowed another development to scrape many acres of pristine Sonoran Desert at Oasis Road.. Photos are below

Multi million dollar sewer project so they can scrape hundreds of acres for new cluster homes near by removing the Sonoran desert

Marana Sucks- This is how it is supposed to work

The criminals on the Planning Board and Town Council of Marana have not found a re-zoning project they dislike. They will let developers bulldoze hundreds of acres for cluster developments, change a reasonable lost size to 4000 sf to be  allowed at the drop of a pin. This screws everyone that bough with the  zoning in place at the time of purchase.
