Well they voted to let yet another two story cluster home development to move to the council. Soon we will be able to see only roof tops where the desert and mountain vistas existed. Thank you planning commission.

One thing that came up last night was the fact that the other developers in the area are not happy with this one because he intends to use the infrastructure they agreed to pay for when they wanted their entitlements.

Now they approached the commission last night to try to get them to attach a condition that this developer pay his share of the infrastructure....... Since when does the government get involved with disputes between developers. Than God the finally decided it was not their place to get involved with this issue.

I was at the meetings where the two developers that begged them to pass their plans, they stood there and stated we will pay for everything, sewers, water, traffic signals, ect. Now they are up in front of the commission begging for them to make people help them pay for everything  so they can sell there developments to the builders that won't touch them due to the infrastructure costs..


Oh well maybe there is a little justice after all.....

Marana officials must be corrupt

The town of Marana is going to ok another shit development in the pristine desert off Camino De Manna. it will be right next to the one already approved for 244 shit homes. They are bulldozing the most pristine Sonora desert in the town......that is all the care about is money not the investments of the neighbors. You can perform all the due diligence you want, they just change the zoning at the whim of the developers

The council is currently corrupt. They let developers run wild. They will NOT listen to the constituents that have spent millions of dollars to live a lifestyle. They are letting developers bulldoze the pristine desert to build two story low cost housing in the middle of large acer lots. All of which is  zoned for large acre lots. Changing  the zoning to facilitate developers making millions and we the people loosing our way of life and value in our property. They will not listen to anyone but developers. They want to be Oro Valley, we do not want to be Oro Valley. The Mayor is  pro anything that can be built anywhere. The council and the Mayor have meetings with the developers two at a time so the meeting laws are not broken but it is illegal to have serial meetings also. There is never any major discussion before a vote because it is decided in the back rooms.. VOTE THEM OUT

Marana Sucks more cluster homes on Oasis

The town is looking at allowing more cluster homes on the corner of Oasis and Twin Peaks. Yet they have no idea where all the water required for all of theses developments is going to do to the existing wells. They just do not care. Below is a recent article on the water situation in the future.

Maranna Sucks. The town dumps another 200 homes on us

The criminal town council is dumping another small lot crap home development on us. We will now be between two shit home developments with over 400 homes. Our neighborhood is now crap. Homes being broken into. Mailboxes being broken into. Speeding all day and night on Camino DeManna. Litter all over the place an the have not even started these two development. The ONLY development they have turned down was due to intervention of a council member because her friends lived near by. I have had to install security camera on my mail box and the right of way..my neighbors are doing the same.  We have all had to install alarm system due to break ins. More pristine desert bulldozed. We all have large homes on large lots. our property value is plummeting.

IT IS TIME TO THROW THES BUMS OUT !!!

Since they built Twin Peaks Rd, our road has been used by Oro Valley residents as a short cut. While it is not a short cut if you do the speed limit, it is if you speed, so they do. Now if they build the dam high density housing on this road as passed it will be ten times worse. Thank you Marana

Marana Sucks, Crime on rise as low cost housing is built

The town in it's wisdom is mixing low cost housing with custom homes. Results, more crime, my neighbor just informed me that his house was smashed into while he was at church on Sunday. This is the second one in the neighborhood.

Speeding is out of control on Camino De Manna. The police have tried everything to control it to no avail.

We now have a low life biker going in an out all times of the day in a low cost house, NOISE NOISE NOISE, and speeds up and down Camino De Manna.

Town would not listen to us and we are paying not them
